English Language Arts, Reading and History First, I would like to point out that deadline dates are just for your own pacing, so you do not do all your work at once. Do not stress about the exact due dates! Some parents have requested a pacing schedule, but know we understand there are a lot of vectors coming into this work like illness, accessibility to devices, babysitting younger brothers and sisters etc. We do have your back! First, I would like you to NOT work on your fictional narrative. Your work during this time will be inconsistent- some students will work hard, and some not at all leading to a lot of confusion when we return. Second, I created a Scavenger Hunt, which is just meant for fun if you are looking for something to do. I had fun making it anyway... First, I would like you to NOT work on your fictional narrative. Your work during this time will be inconsistent- some students will work hard, and some not at all leading to a lot of confusion when we return. I am assigning a Learning from Home journal document, just because some day it would be interesting to have you look back at this momentous time. A day by day would be good: write about what you do, what you watch on Netflix, how difficult it is to find potatoes . You don't have to write a lot but you could. It would be better to write a little every day, not one paragraph at the end, but anything would be good. I'd like you to prepare for a reading slip due on Wednesday. I have assigned a BLAST on Why Hand Washing is so important. I give you 5 articles to read before you write your comment and I would like you to look at least 2 to use in your blast. Remember the BLAST is in StudySync. I think you should do at least 30 minutes of typing club for this week. I have assigned a Google Earth assignment where you will take a sightseeing tour of Athens Greece and a Virtual Museum tour of the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. In both assignments, just attach a document of the sites you see. Further instructions are in Google Classroom. Finally, I will post the PE work on Monday when I go into school to feed the fish.... I was planning on opening up a Google chat on Wednesday around 1:00 to catch up with everybody. Make sure you're not still in your pajamas! I hope a few of you can join me! Math
